Director, Global Lead, Consulting Partner Center of Excellence at Amazon Web Services
Brian Bohan joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2013, and is currently the Director, Worldwide Consulting Partners. In this role, Brian leads the Consulting Partners Center of Excellence, where he is responsible for a team that sets the strategy and best practices for AWS’ global cohort of consulting partners.
Previously, Brian was the Global Lead for Strategic Business Development for Industries & Initiatives where he built and led a team of deep industry experts who worked with AWS’s customers and across Amazon businesses to identify, define, and execute on new partnership, solution, and deal constructs that add value for all stakeholders.
He has been at AWS for nearly 11 years, starting in 2013 as the partner leader for the Northeast Partner Sales in the U.S. In 2015, Brian founded the Accenture/ AWS Business Group, which he grew to over a $ 1billion partnership supported, by a global team operating across 14 countries.
Prior to AWS, Brian held a series of leadership roles at MetLife, Hewlett Packard, BEA Systems, and Vitria Technology. He holds a BA in Economics from Boston College, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
