Currently, she serves as an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group, specializing in healthcare and education. Valeria has structured debt and equity investments in several emerging markets and has significantly contributed to IFC’s Digitalization of Tertiary Education Program in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Before joining IFC in 2020, Valeria originated and executed over $70 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions at Evercore Partners in New York and J.P. Morgan Chase in New York and Buenos Aires. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
