Rob Magliaro is the Head of Ecosystem and Workforce Partnerships at Grow with Google, Google’s economic mobility initiative that provides Americans with the training, tools, and resources to grow their careers - specifically through the Google Career Certificates and AI Essentials, Prompting Essentials, and Generative AI For Educators programs. In this role, Rob leads Grow with Google's partnerships with 800+ education institutions that offer the certificates and 150+ companies in the Google Employer Consortium which consider Google Career Certificate graduates for relevant roles. Rob has spent his career developing pathway programs that provide promising education and career opportunities for young people and working adults. Prior to Google, Rob co-founded a P-Tech high school in New York City where he taught in the South Bronx and was a school leader for almost fifteen years. He is also co-founder of Gotham Park, a non-profit that is reimagining public space under the Brooklyn Bridge.
