She has a background in strategic leadership, education management, new program development, and recruitment. She began her career in international development with Pencils of Promise in Luang Prabang, Laos which equipped her with valuable insights into strategic planning and staff development.

She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in International Political Economy from Fordham University. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a graduate of the NYU Global Inclusive Leadership Management Institute.
