Christopher Connor is the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at the University at Buffalo (UB), where he leads strategic efforts across undergraduate, graduate, and international admissions, financial aid, enrollment analytics, marketing, and student services. A UB alumnus, Connor is recognized for implementing data-driven strategies that have significantly increased enrollment, diversity, and access to higher education. Formerly Senior Assistant Dean for Enrollment at UB’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, he drove a 77% enrollment surge and developed market-aligned master’s programs. A dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion, he authored UB’s proposal to join the GEM Consortium and established the SEAS Future Leader Award to support underrepresented graduate students. With over 25 years of experience, Connor has held various enrollment leadership roles and played a key part in implementing UB’s student services transformation. He serves on multiple national and international advisory boards and has received awards for excellence in international enrollment and DEI leadership.
