He currently serves as Director of Client Partnerships for North America at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, having previously led regional partnerships in the Northeast USA. Before joining QS, Ben held several admissions leadership roles at top institutions, including Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business, where he managed recruitment strategies, admissions operations, and marketing efforts for MBA and specialty master’s programs. He began his career at Wilkes University as Assistant Director of Admissions, overseeing travel territories, application reviews, and student ambassador programs. Ben holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wilkes University and is Green Zone Certified. His career reflects a strong focus on higher education operations, relationship management, and strategic enrollment growth, supported by a solid academic foundation in business and management.
