Exhibit 2

Half of this year’s list operate in the K12 Sector, highlighting the strong links between pedagogy and technology.

K12 STEAM & Coding solutions are strong in the region, including math startups such as 99Math and Magma Math, along with science and programming tools in Kide Science, imagiLabs and KUBO Robotics. Game based learning also features with Zcooly and GraphoGame along with teacher support (Freeed, Beedle, Humly) and AR solutions (Ludenso, 3DBear).

Advanced technology is also used extensively for those enabling workforce learning - in simulation training (Attensi) gamified (Wittario) and AI supported learning (Lingvist, Sana Labs). Bootcamps also feature in Turing College, Scrimba and Hoxhunt.

Systems and tools to support education providers, including learning environments (Meitner, Learningbank, eloomi) are strong this year as the demand from schools, institutions and companies increases as part of a broader move to digital learning.

Exhibit 3

B2B and B2B2C models dominate the Nordic Baltic list, indicative of the strong collaboration between schools, teachers and EdTech solutions evident in the region.

B2B2C models operate mostly in the K12 sector with schools involved in purchase decisions, these include assessment (Dugga, Inspera), wellbeing (Clanbeat) and content (Kognity). B2B solutions supporting the workforce segment incude micro-coaching services (Pandatron), language learning (Capeesh, Astrid Education), simulation training (Attensi) and digital learning platforms (Quizrr, eloomi, Learningbank).

Direct to consumer models are less prominent in the Nordic Baltic region compared with other geographies, making up one third of the list. Education delivery such as bootcamps (Scrimba, Turing College), early learning apps (Pickatale) and language learning (Lingvist) fall into this category.

This year’s list has a more mature age profile than previous years, perhaps indicative of the difficulty for early-stage startups to gain traction during COVID.

Newer startups <3 years mainly operate in the K12 sector, including Teachers Lead Tech (teacher learning platform) and Edaider (AI-based learning platform). There is a very strong group of startups between 4-6 years old which have seen good growth and capital raising, including such teams as School Day, Hypocampus and Scrimba. More mature teams on the list include AI powered reading assessment solution, Lexplore, music learning app for kids, Mussila, and digital content platform, Humly.

Exhibit 5

Swedish startups are over a third of the list with 20% from Finland, followed by Norway, Denmark and Lithuania.

The proportion of startups from Sweden jumped significantly this year, now making up over a third of the list. New Swedish startups to this year included Meitner, Haldor and Zcooly. All the Finnish startups in this year’s list are growth stage, including GraphoGame, Kide Science and Funzi. Norway sees a focus on workforce solutions (Scrimba, Wittario, Attensi) and new to the list from Denmark include Learningbank, Famly and Female Invest.
